MEDICAL COMMUNICATIONS AGENTS FOR FULL TIME
Established, fast paced inbound medical communications center is seeking qualified candidates to join our team. Our company services some of the most important medical facilities in the country. If hired you will be an integral part of the communications team for Clinical Cancer Centers, Hospitals, Cardiology Clinics, Pediatric Oncologists, Organ Transplant Teams, and Hospice Networks. This job is perfect for students and recent graduates in the healthcare field or anyone looking to break into the rapidly growing medical support industry. Applicants Must Meet The Following Criteria:
• You must type a minimum of 40+ words per minute
• You must be polite, patient and well spoken
• Have the ability to work within a team environment
• Be able to stay calm under pressure
• Have the ability to convey empathy and compassion over the phone
• Be able to arrive on time, ready to work
• You must be able to work weekends and holidays
• You must be available for a full time position
• Fluent Spanish a big plus
• Infinity experience a plus (will train)
